Welcome to the RR-Track, MTH RealTrax™ Edition support page. This page is devoted to users of the RealTrax(tm) Edition of RR-Track obtained from MTH Electric Trains. On this page you will find announcements for products designed to enhance your MTH RealTrax Edition of RR-Track.
RealTrax™ is a new track system that makes it much easier to construct a traditional O-gauge electric train layout. Each track section features an integral roadbed, realistic track ties, solid nickel-silver rails with a blackened center rail, and quick connectors the eliminate the need for track pins. RealTrax(tm) track sections snap together quickly so that even a child can setup an oval of track in minutes and be running trains with RailKing® accessories and RailTown™ buildings.
You can even view your RealTrax layout in a virtual 3D world by downloading RR-Viewer3D from this website. RR-Viewer3D has 3D libraries for RealTrax™ track and many of the RailKing accessories and RailTown buildings.

MTH RealTrax & RailKing Accessory Update
Download an updated track and accessory library for your original RR-Track v3.0 MTH Edition. These libraries are current ~2000 and contain O54 curves as well as accessories not found on the RailWare CD.
NOTE: RR-Track, MTH RealTrax™ Edition is a 16-bit application designed for Windows 3.1, Windows 95/98/ME, and Window NT4 operating systems. It is not certified for Windows 2000 or Windows XP. You may have success in running RR-Track, MTH RealTrax™ Edition on Windows 2000 systems using SP2 or less. We have had success running this version of RR-Track on Windows XP depending on the choice of system printer. If you are experiencing problems with RR-Track, MTH RealTrax™ Edition, you can contact MTH Electric Trains for a copy of RR-Track Lite v4.2, MTH RailWare Edition, or you can upgrade your MTH Edition to RR-Track v4 by ordering our MTH upgrade.
Supplementary Layouts
The RealTrax™ Supplementary Layouts collection contains 50 example track layouts using MTH RealTrax™ and RailKing™ accessories. These include 10 configuration examples of reverse loops, wyes, interchange tracks, passing sidings, and ladder yards using O-31, O-42, and O-72 radius curves and switches. There are 22 layouts using O-31 curves for those with a small space to work in, 8 example layouts using O-42 curves for those with longer trains and more space to work with, and 10 examples using O-72 curves for those with space for large, permanent layouts.
The RealTrax™ Supplementary Layouts collection comes complete with a help file which shows the contents of each layout along with a short description of its specifications (size, number of components, linear feet of track, etc.). The RealTrax™ Supplementary Layouts may be ordered from R & S Enterprises for $19, shipping included. These layouts can be used as is, or they can serve as starting points for your own layout design using your copy of RR-Track, MTH RealTrax™ Edition. Of course, these layouts may also be used by those with regular versions of RR-Track. Below are three examples of layouts contained in the RealTrax™ Supplementary Layouts.
