RR-Track v5

Before you contact us with a technical support problem please
(1) Check RR-Track’s help file ( Help | Contents). The help file is extensive and compatible with all versions of Windows starting with XP, and includes a six part tutorial.
(2) Check this website for updates that may address your issue or the Frequently Asked Questions page.
(3) Contact RR-Track support describing your problem in detail.  Be sure to include what OS you are using.  Remember, if we cannot duplicate it here, we won’t be able to diagnose and fix it.  If you do not want to use our support form, then send email to: support@rrtrack.com and completely describe your problem.  Note:  we do not offer telephone support.

RR-Track v4

We no longer provide support for RR-Track v4.x  Users of this release are urged to upgrade to RR-Track v5.

RR-Track v3

We no longer provide support for RR-Track v3 and earlier.  Users of these very old releases are urged to upgrade to RR-Track v5.

RR-Track Lite v4.2 -- MTH Edition

RR-Track Lite v4.2 is a 32-bit application that is compatible with all libraries supported by RR-Track v4.x; you may purchase supplementary libraries to expand your RR-Track Lite system beyond the MTH components.  Newer libraries that are only supported by RR-Track v5 are not backwards compatible with RR-Track Lite v4.2.

We no longer provide support for RR-Track v3 MTH Edition.  This is a 16-bit application and incompatible with Windows XP SP3 and all further releases of the MS Windows OS ( Vista, Win 7, Win 8.x ).  Users of this very old ( more than 17 years ) version of RR-Track are urged to migrate to RR-Track v5.
